Line Cooks

Summary: Seeking outgoing line cooks who will be assisting the kitchen staff in making all of the side dishes. It can range from broiler, sauté, salad, fish, etc. Must be team-oriented and can work under pressure in a high volume environment.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance
- Daytime prep and/or nighttime plating of products
- ServSafe Food handling certification a PLUS
- Following recipe and presentation guidelines to meet guest’s expectation
- Must maintain a healthy hygiene at all times
