Operations Manager
Summary: Operations Manager will share the responsibility of overseeing venue management that includes; money management, reporting, sales goals, inter-office communications, and upholding company policies and procedures at all times. Operations Manager works with General Manager to delegate authority and assigns responsibilities to managers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accommodates and anticipates needs of staff
- Ensure all service standards meet company guidelines
- Must have 5+ years experience
- Ensures nightly and/or weekly, opening and closing duties are followed
- Provides administrative support
- Achieve company objectives in sales, service and quality
