Works alongside: Bar Backs, Lounge Servers and Shot Girls
Summary: Seeking very energetic bartenders who will provide timely, accurate and friendly guest service while preparing high quality beverages. Must have knowledge of beverages and origins.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance
- Must be able to work without supervision
- Must have knowledge of all liquors, spirits and how to mix them
- ServSafe Alcohol certified a recommended
- Report any guest issues to AGM and/or GM
- Take beverage order from guests and keep an accurate account of cash flow
- Knowledge of Micros a plus
- 2+ years experience
