Summary: Seeking highly skilled and experienced Sous Chefs who are responsible for supervising all of kitchen staff. Have vast knowledge of the menu and bring new ideas to the staff. Knows the concept of advising and can clearly give orders to rest of the staff to provide the best service.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance
- Can be creative and input new ideas to the food service
- ServSafe Food handling certification a PLUS
- Insure compliance with all company food recipe standards
- Being able to taste-test all soups, sauces and line products
- Assist in inventory purchasing
- Must be able to work without direct supervision
